Do I need to book ahead for a repair, or can I just drop in?
Drop-ins are fine for quick fixes. Flat tyres, snapped cables, bent hangers. For anything bigger, like a full tune-up or overhaul, it helps to book ahead so we can set aside the time. You can book online or call us at +1 604-555-0183. Walk-ins for browsing and used parts are always welcome.

How long does a typical repair take?
A basic tune-up is usually 45 minutes to an hour if you come in before 10 am on a weekday. A full overhaul takes three to five business days because we like to let the cables settle before final adjustment. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you drop the bike off, not an optimistic one.

What payment methods do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, debit, and cash. We don't accept American Express. For custom builds we ask for a 30% deposit when you confirm the spec, with the balance due on collection.

Is there parking nearby?
There's metered street parking on Main Street and a few free spots on the side streets east of the shop. The 3 and 8 bus routes stop within a block, which is honestly the easier option if you're dropping off a bike for repair.
